So what is this Online Coaching Programme and why is it different?
Charlie's Online Coaching Programme has been developed to meet the demands of potential clients wanting to get faster, stronger, feel more confident and save time and energy from doing ineffective sessions and training plans, who perhaps aren't close enough to train with Charlie in person or want total flexibility with their training. It is also great for runners who want to avoid travelling to and from sessions, particularly those on a tight schedule or who might travel frequently with work for example but still want to see rapid improvements in their training.

First you'll fill out the application form at the bottom of the page, which looks like that.
Charlie will be in touch to schedule your Discovery Call where you can chat together about what it is you would
like to achieve and see whether Charlie is the best person to help you. After that Charlie will review your recent training
and connect with you on Garmin or Strava etc to see your GPS data and then begin to make a plan from there
Charlie will email over your detailed training plan for the month along with an outline of the next few months leading up to your goals, you'll find a description of each type of run in the KEY and a guide to the appropriate training paces, some training principles to consider and notes where necessary to ensure everything makes sense and is easy to implement, so you get to spend your time doing the running (the good stuff) and not battling with spreadsheets!
You're free to browse through the Member's Area in your own time, which is where you'll find all the videos along with new ones as they are uploaded. There is currently over 3 hours worth of videos covering a massive variety of topics from Training, Nutrition and Gear to Mindset and Goal Setting. All clearly set out and labelled up for easy access, there are also some PDF downloads of relevant 'Cheat Sheets' Charlie has created, the content is often added to after
Q and A sessions for example.
Now you know what training to do it's time to get out running!
You can begin to put information from the videos into practice immediately, go and hit those trails!
You'll keep up to date with Charlie each week and together work through any issues that arise and ensure that your
training is working well for you. Regular reviewing throughout your training is the key to seeing dramatic improvements in performance, ensuring everything is just at the right level, not too hard but challenging enough to keep you progressing!
This is the part where you smash those goals and continue to see fantastic results!

The video element is designed for runners who have already started running and at least able to run 5-10k a few times per week and are perhaps looking to do their first half marathon or marathon, or would like to increase their speed and get faster times, improve their strength and flexibility the right way to help avoid injuries, learn how to fuel runs effectively to get your best performance yet or even if you are wishing to become competitive in races having run for a few years already. It'd be like having a day with Charlie talking you through everything you need to know. The videos are around 5 mins each and clearly labelled so you can get straight to the ones you need!
Will I be suitable/ fit enough/ too old/ too slow/ too fast for the Online Coaching Programme?
Your own personal training plan is specifically for YOU. It's been drawn up to suit your schedule, based around your current ability and what you're aiming to achieve in your running. If you're not sure, just ask, you can fill out the short Application Form at the bottom and Charlie will be in touch to arrange a Discovery Call and talk through your needs, you can both see if you're a good fit to work together and whether you're ready to start right now or perhaps in the future.
